The Physical Behind the Mental

In my last post, I highlighted the physical aspects of depression. However, what many people may not be aware of are the physical effects strong emotions may also have on the body. One does not need to have a fully developed mental disorder to feel the lasting effects of situational depression or some other type of prolonged emotion not linked to a disorder.
