Mental Health Resources for Military Personnel

The Real Fight Faced on Memorial Day — UNCrushed

In Thursday’s blog post I talked about the need for adequate access to mental health resources for veterans and all who severed. High levels of reported mental health issues and increasing suicide rates suggest an immediate need for reform in how we treat the issue of mental health, especially in returning military personnel.

Below are a few of the most common resources given to active and veteran military personnel; however, if you are a friend or family member of a veteran or active duty dealing with mental health issues it is important to access local resources such as clinics and mental health offices as they can sometimes be much easier to access in a faster manner !
