Embracing change and looking forward to the future can sometimes be a struggle.

Moving on from what you are use to or what has been deemed a “norm” can feel comfortable and easy. However this does not always mean this is the healthiest choice for you. Toxic relationships, unhealthy work spaces, and people who don’t respect your boundaries, are all situations in which one may feel comfortable, but when possible should leave the situation or move forward.
