Orlando Individual, Children, Adolescent and Family Counseling
As a Counselor and a human being walking through life, I realize how ingrained we are by the stories we hold. Some of these stories we know, some we don’t, most were there long before we were, whichever the case our everyday life is a representation of these stories, how they come up, their effects and the lifestyle and habits we build around them is what we would explore together. I believe our journey towards change and healing at a deeper and radical level comes from a holistic approach and the stories we hold in each of these areas have the kind of weight that either keeps us stuck or makes us free.
“Life will present us with the people and circumstances to reveal where you’re not free.”
– Peter Crohn
Over the last ten plus years I have provided support as a Counselor to thousands of kids and families of various walks of life within our schools. I have heard through your vulnerabilities that we have so much in common and yet we are so very unique. My goal at Renew is to support you and/or your child in tapping into those vulnerabilities in a safe and comfortable space, free of judgement, a space where we can connect you to your stories and explore how those stories impact your relationships, especially the relationship to self as you move through life. There are various ways that we can tap into your stories and as we do I’m here to support you in your journey of choosing which stories you want to hold onto and which ones you want to release and/or rewrite.
“But the attitude of faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn out to be.”
– Alan Watts
