To wrap up our final blog post of this week I have found a website with many resources on Gaslighting. It ranges from what gaslighting is, spotting in relationships and even the workplace, and what to do if you find yourself in a situation where you believe you are being gaslighted.
If you have not already. take some time to look through parts one and two in our Gaslighting series. There you will learn the basics in tell-tell signs of gaslighting and how Gaslighting in multiple settings changes one’s cognition. Then you can come back to this post to get an overall general view of all these points put together plus information on how to stop it and end the cycle.
