Hello! My name is Anna. I am a trauma-informed therapist and an artist at heart. I view the world through a lens of beautifully broken pieces, each on a journey towards wholeness.
My passion is working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds who have experienced trauma and its multifaceted effects, including anxiety, depression, dissociation, and somatic symptoms.
I specialize in treating childhood and religious trauma, deconstruction, and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with somatic and creative techniques to provide a gentle and empowering path to self-discovery and healing.
My desire is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can simply be you, without any pressure or judgement. Through mindfulness practices, somatic parts work, and creative techniques, we’ll explore ways to cultivate trust, emotional regulation, and inner balance.
