This month is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month!
Currently about 7 million people are living with diagnosed Alzheimer’s disease, and by 2050 this number is said to double!
Alzheimer’s is progressive disease that may destroy the persons mental functions and memory. Alzheimer’s has no known cure, but certain activities and medication have been known to improve symptoms for a limited amount of time.
Alzheimer’s is a reality for millions of people across the globe, and because of this here at Renew we stive to bring attention to this disease during this month!
