Aristotle once said, “The whole is more than the sum of its parts”. In the same way, we all have the capacity to grow and change and become more than our past has given us. Sometimes it just takes a caring person to help us see what we cannot see on our own. You do not have to do this on your own, I am here and I am willing to walk with you through the difficulties.
I have experience working with Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, Anger Management, PTSD, Infertility stress, Foster Parenting, Adoption, Stress Management, Parkinson’s, Geriatric support, Sleep disturbances and more. With your permission, I explain and utilize treatments that are applicable to your needs. As a person-centered clinician, treatment may include Poly Vagal work, EMDR, Relaxation, Play-therapy, Art-therapy, Psychoeducation, among others.
