“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom”
– Victor Frankl.

It is my belief that we all have personal power that we can access, activate, and live with every day. Our worst crises can become our greatest strengths. Our brain is maturing until we are adults, but most decisions about life we make while we are still very young. We still carry our traumas and wounds deep in our hearts, unshared, not processed. Without us even being aware of it, it spills out into daily life, our relationships, and our beliefs about ourselves. Because of that, we often do not fully realize our potential; we do not realize who we are and what we could become.

I received my Master of Science in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy and also a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. I am also a Florida certified educator and a former public school teacher. I am a mom and raising two wonderful sons. I was born in Moscow, Russia, and moved to Florida in 2008. I am fluent in both English and Russian languages. I also have a Master’s degree in History and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Moscow City Teacher Training University. I am a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, which is a premarital and marriage assessment program that is designed to help couples increase awareness, encourage discussion, and enhance relationship skills. I also completed Level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. In my work, I use only evidence-based approaches that were clinically proven to be effective. I offer individual, couple, and family counseling.

With my clients, I create an atmosphere where my clients can safely be their truest selves. Step-by-step we travel through traumas and explore and learn to accept different parts of self. My clients learn about themselves, including their most vulnerable parts. We work on mastering how to access personal resources and understand your true power. With so many of my clients, we have traveled together through their traumatic experiences and this therapeutic experience had completely transformed them. Please know that you do not have to live in silence. It can be scary to reach out to a therapist because you want to make sure you will find someone with whom you will “click”. Imagine what it will look like to live your life to the fullest and transform your trauma experiences. You live your life today, and the best time to take care of yourself is now. We all have personal power that we can access, activate, and live with every day. There is hope. There is a solution. Give me a call or email me today. It would be my honor to walk this path with you.
